CAN I APPLY IT MYSELF?

Definitely. This is a ready-to-use, single-component varnish. No mixing, no extra steps – just open the can and roll it on. DIY made easy.

HOW SHOULD I PREP THE FLOOR?

Make sure the surface is even, dry, and clean. For best results, cork should contain no more than 12% moisture.

Remove old finishes, oils, wax, or dirt. A well-prepped floor ensures stronger adhesion and a longer-lasting finish.

HOW DO I APPLY THE VARNISH PROPERLY?

Shake the container well before use. If cork tiles are glued down, make sure the adhesive has fully dried.

Apply at least two coats using a roller. Allow each coat to dry for a minimum of 4 hours at +68°F (20°C) and 50% humidity. Full durability and load resistance are reached after 5 days.

The ideal conditions: room temperature between +59°F and +77°F, with air humidity between 40–75%. Good ventilation speeds up drying and ensures an even cure.

If more than 24 hours pass between coats, lightly sand before applying the next layer.

HOW MUCH PRODUCT WILL I NEED?

Average coverage is about 80–120 ml per m² (approx. 3–5 fl oz per 10 sq ft), depending on the surface absorption and application method. This measurement applies to a single coat.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO STORE WS EASYFINISH?

Keep it at room temperature or slightly cooler, always above +41°F (+5°C). Protect from freezing or overheating to maintain product quality.
