HOW SHOULD I INSTALL CORK ROLLS ON MY WALL?
We suggest using a quality adhesive like Wakol D-3540.
Installation steps:
- Prep the wall: Clean, dry, and smooth out the surface.
- Apply adhesive: Use a paint roller or brush to coat both the cork and the wall evenly. Use about 150–250 g/m². A 0.8 kg can covers 4 m²; a 2.5 kg bucket covers up to 12.5 m².
- Wait for tack: Let glue dry clear before applying the cork.
- Stick the cork: Press firmly and evenly. The adhesive cures fully in about 24 hours.
CAN I USE CORK ON UNEVEN WALLS?
We don’t recommend it. For best results, surfaces should be level and clean.
HOW DO I KEEP CORK CLEAN?
A quick wipe with a damp cloth or a feather duster does the trick. Cork’s anti-static properties keep dust away naturally.
IS CORK GOOD FOR KITCHENS & BATHROOMS?
As long as humidity stays between 40–60%, cork is a great choice. Avoid direct contact with water or steam.
