HOW ARE THESE CORK WALL PANELS MADE?
Each panel features a three-layer construction designed for durability and comfort. At the core is a solid MDF backing that provides stability. This is topped with a layer of foam for softness and finished with an elegant cork fabric that gives the panels their natural, organic look. WHAT TYPE OF ADHESIVE SHOULD I USE?
We recommend Mamut adhesive. It allows for secure installation directly onto the wall—no drilling, anchors, or special hardware required.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO ARRANGE THE PANELS?
For larger installations, such as an entire wall, a brick-style layout works especially well. Staggering each row creates a more relaxed, natural look and avoids rigid vertical lines.
For smaller applications, like a headboard area, the panels can be installed in clean, straight rows for a structured appearance.
HOW SHOULD THE WALL BE PREPARED BEFORE INSTALLATION?
The surface should be smooth, dry, clean, and free of dust. Proper preparation ensures a strong, long-lasting bond.
It’s also important to let the panels acclimate to the room. Leave them in the installation space for at least 72 hours so they can adjust to temperature and humidity conditions.
CAN THESE PANELS BE INSTALLED ON UNEVEN WALLS?
No. Uneven surfaces can cause the panels to lift, separate, or fail over time. For best results, install them on a flat and level wall.
