The set includes easy-to-apply adhesive pads. That means you can hang it right away—no drilling required.
Make sure the surface is smooth, clean, and dry for best results. Always prep the wall first—if it’s dusty or greasy, the map may not stick properly.
DOES THE CORK NEED TO ADJUST BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Yes, we recommend letting it rest for about 72 hours. This helps the cork adapt to the room’s temperature and humidity. Skipping this step may cause warping or peeling.
CAN I USE PUSH PINS OR THUMBTACKS ON THE MAP?
Absolutely. Natural cork works perfectly with pins, so you can mark your travels with ease.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE CORK MAP?
We don’t recommend it. Cork doesn’t handle markers or ink well. The uneven surface makes writing hard to read and nearly impossible to remove.
A better option is to use stickers or labels that you can easily add or remove without damaging the map.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY CORK MAP?
A soft cloth or feather duster is all you need. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing too hard, as that could damage the cork surface.
IS THE CORK MAP SAFE FOR KIDS?
