Totally. Cork reacts to temperature and humidity, so give it about 72 hours in your space to settle. Skipping this step might lead to curling or poor bonding later.

HOW DO I STICK IT TO THE WALL?

Use a quality contact adhesive like Wakol D-3540. It bonds strong and lasts.

Step-by-step:

  1. Clean and smooth the wall surface. A little prep goes a long way.
  2. Spread adhesive on both the cork and wall. Let it go clear.
  3. Apply cork, smoothing it from one end to the other.
  4. Allow 24 hours for full bonding.

Coverage tip: 150–250 g/m². That’s about 4 m² per 0.8 kg, or 12.5 m² for a 2.5 kg tub.

CAN I INSTALL THIS ON UNEVEN WALLS?

Not recommended. For the best result, make sure your wall is flat, dry, and clean before installation.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE CORK ONCE IT’S UP?

Cork’s antistatic surface keeps dust away. Just wipe it with a lightly damp cloth or use a soft dusting brush every now and then.

HOW DO I CUT IT TO SIZE?
