WHAT MATERIALS MAKE UP A PIRAMID UPHOLSTERED CORK PANEL?

Each panel is built from three individual layers that work together to provide structure, cushioning, and a natural finish. A precisely shaped MDF board creates the rigid core and helps the panel maintain its defined outline. The middle foam layer adds volume and softness, while the exterior cork fabric delivers the distinctive texture and natural color. Together, these materials create a stable decorative panel with a noticeably softer feel than a conventional hard wall surface.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO INSTALL PIRAMID PANELS ON A WALL?

For installation, we recommend using Mamut adhesive. The panels can be bonded directly to a properly prepared wall, eliminating the need for screws, mounting brackets, or drilled holes.

HOW SHOULD THE WALL BE PREPARED BEFORE INSTALLATION?

Start with a surface that is solid, level, and dry. Remove all dust as well as any loose or unstable material before applying the panels. Proper wall preparation helps the adhesive bond consistently and makes it easier to position the triangular pieces accurately for a clean, well-aligned finished design.

The panels should also be allowed to adjust to the room before installation. After delivery, place them in the space where they will ultimately be installed and leave them there for at least 72 hours. This acclimation period gives the materials time to adapt to the room’s temperature and humidity before they are permanently attached to the wall.
