Tips before applying the glue
Make sure the surfaces are clean and free of dust or grease. Level uneven areas if necessary. If you're working with heavier pieces, consider securing them temporarily while the adhesive cures (full bonding strength is reached after approximately 24 hours). We recommend testing the adhesive on a small spot first – at least one surface should be porous. And no, don’t dilute the product – it’s ready as is!
How to apply Dragon construction adhesive
Snip off the tip and attach the nozzle. Apply the glue in temperatures between 41°F and 77°F. You can lay it down in dots or beads. Be sure to add a little extra to the edges and corners for optimal hold. Press the items together briefly, pull them apart, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then press them back firmly. When you’re done, air out the space and seal the container tightly. Do not let the adhesive freeze – cold damages its performance.
