HOW MUCH DO I NEED?
Plan on about 80–100 ml per square meter (roughly 3 fl. oz. per 10 sq. ft.). For the best results, apply at least two coats.
HOW SHOULD I PREP THE SURFACE?
Before applying varnish:
- Rinse off dirt, dust, and salt with clean water.
- Degrease the surface (Sea-Line Cleaner is recommended).
- Ensure the area is completely dry.
This is a single-component varnish – no hardener needed. It air-dries naturally after application.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO APPLY IT?
Use a brush or roller for quick, even coverage. Got a spray gun and some experience? That’s an excellent option too.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY?
Under normal conditions (around 68°F / 20°C), drying happens in stages. After 3 hours it’s dry to the touch, after about 16 hours it’s rain-ready, and after 24 hours it’s fully water-resistant.
Pro tip: If you’re adding another coat, wait at least 16 hours between applications.
