WHAT DOES THE HONEYCOMB PATTERN LOOK LIKE?
The Honeycomb pattern mimics a bee’s nest — geometric and clean with a dimensional surface. Once installed, the wall takes on a dynamic honeycomb effect that shifts with light and perspective, adding depth and movement to your space.
WHY SHOULD THE PANELS ACCLIMATE BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Since cork is a natural material, it needs time to adjust to the room’s conditions. Let it sit for at least 72 hours in the space before you mount it. This reduces the chance of future warping or adhesion issues caused by humidity or temperature changes.
Skipping this step could cause the panels to peel or lose their grip. Giving them time upfront ensures they stay secure and look great over the long haul.
WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED TO INSTALL THEM?
- Low-nap velour roller — spreads adhesive evenly across the surface.
- Level — to keep your alignment on point.
- Measuring tape and pencil — for accurate layout planning.
- Utility or craft knife — to make precise cuts.
- Soft cloth or sponge — perfect for wiping away glue excess.
- Protective gloves (optional).
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO INSTALL THE PANELS?
- Make sure your wall is smooth, clean, dry, and even. Any dust, rough patches, or old paint can affect how well the panels stick.
- Choose a quality adhesive — we recommend Wakol D-3540. One 0.8 kg tub covers roughly 170 panels, while 2.5 kg is good for about 600.
- Apply adhesive on both the wall and the back of each panel. Wait until the glue turns clear — that means it’s ready.
- Press the panels firmly into place and let them sit undisturbed for 24 hours while the adhesive cures.
CAN THESE PANELS GO ON UNEVEN WALLS?
Not ideal. Cork panels bond best with flat, smooth surfaces. Uneven walls can cause them to protrude or misalign, and the seams may be more noticeable.
CAN I INSTALL THEM OVER WALLPAPER?
We don’t recommend it. Wallpaper might pull away from the wall over time, taking your panels with it. Plus, hidden debris or texture can prevent proper adhesion. It’s always best to strip the wallpaper and prep the wall first.
HOW MUCH AREA DOES ONE PANEL COVER?
Each panel covers roughly 0.02 m². That means you’ll need around 50 panels to cover 1 square meter.
WILL THE SEAMS BE VISIBLE?
You might see slight seams where the panels meet. To keep them subtle, let the panels sit in the room for a few days before installing. This helps them adapt to conditions and minimizes visible gaps.
WHAT’S THE RIGHT WAY TO CLEAN CORK PANELS?
Just wipe them gently using a soft cloth or feather duster. If needed, a mild cleaner that’s safe for cork surfaces will do the trick.
Steer clear of harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine, or acetone — they can ruin the cork’s texture and finish.
ARE THEY GOOD FOR HALLWAYS?
Definitely. Cork outperforms traditional finishes in high-traffic areas. Paint shows wear fast, wallpaper tears easily, and tiles can feel too cold.
Cork feels soft and welcoming, lasts longer than standard options, and handles everyday bumps with ease. Plus, it adds warmth and helps dampen sound in busy spaces.
IS DIRECT SUNLIGHT A PROBLEM?
Prolonged sunlight exposure isn’t ideal. Cork is organic and can fade over time when exposed to strong UV rays — just like wood.
If installing in a sunny room, consider adding curtains or blinds, or placing panels on walls that aren’t hit by direct sun all day long.
Looking to cozy up your space and add a natural vibe—without the chaos of a renovation? Sure, a fresh coat of paint might help, but it wears down fast. And wallpaper? It starts out stylish but quickly shows wear and tear. Cork wall décor is a whole different game: it's warm, authentic, and built to stand up to everyday living without compromising on style.

#1 NATURAL LOOKS THAT NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE
The honeycomb pattern is bold but balanced—sleek yet soft, with a matte finish that draws the eye. It’s a visual upgrade that stands out against plain walls while feeling completely grounded in nature.
Unlike trendy materials that come and go, cork has a classic appeal that feels current no matter the decade. Stone and concrete might give you that industrial vibe, but they also feel cold. Plastic fades and lacks soul. Cork, though? It gains character as it ages, like good wood or vintage leather.
#2 A SMART CHOICE FOR CLEAN, HEALTHY LIVING
Made from 100% natural cork, these panels are a dream for allergy-sensitive households. They don’t trap dust or grime, and they help regulate moisture in the air—keeping your indoor environment comfy and breathable.
And that smooth, matte finish? It’s not just pretty—it’s practical. Say goodbye to glare and smudgy fingerprints. You’ll spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying your space.
#3 INSTALL IT YOURSELF—NO PRO NEEDED
Putting up Honeycomb cork tiles is a breeze. You don’t need to call in a contractor. Just grab some adhesive, a roller, and basic tools—chances are, you’ve already got them at home.
The payoff? A project you can take pride in. Not only will your wall look sharp, but you’ll get the satisfaction of saying, “Yeah, I did that.”
#4 SOUNDS BETTER. FEELS BETTER.
The unique structure of cork helps absorb noise and cut down echo, making any room feel more peaceful. All those tiny air pockets built into the honeycomb design? They do more than look cool—they help quiet your space, too.
Cork also acts as a thermal buffer. It holds warmth in during colder months and helps keep heat out when it’s hot. That’s year-round comfort, naturally built in.
#5 GOOD FOR THE PLANET—AND YOUR CONSCIENCE
Cork is harvested from the bark of cork oak trees—without cutting the trees down. The bark grows back, making it one of the most sustainable materials out there.
It’s also fully biodegradable and far more eco-friendly than plastic alternatives. Choosing 3D cork might seem like a small design decision—but it’s a powerful one for the planet.
